You know
my son only wakes up just long enough to wake me up, get me out of bed and going, and then the little stinker falls back asleep.
So here I am at not even eight in the morning on Sunday, and there's nothing to watch and no one is posting and all I have to do today is laundry (and Christmas shopping but we won't get into that).
I should eat.
And maybe write.
I downloaded some John Mellencamp yesterday so I have some songs to listen to. I tried downloading Alright Tonight by James Blunt but it's evidently not available on iTunes. Grrr.
It's very cold out today, like fifty two degrees. It's supposed to rain but I doubt it will. It never really does when it's supposed to.
Last night we went to Vine Street Lights, a local Christmas event that closes ten blocks of a suburban neighborhood. Victorian homes that are creatively lit by Christmas lights, carrolling, hot chocolate, belly dancing, and a home owner that plays Scrooge at one of the Victorians. He's the most popular draw at this event. We've been going the last few years, and it's getting to be a nice tradition.
My dawgs are barkin' though.
Okay, I'm gonna go eat. :D
