Short update

Because I am feeling so taciturn these days. *sigh*

*it's Week 2, Day 2 of CB's epic Call In Sick and Piss Everyone Off campaign. Am enjoying the quiet for as long as I can. Cuz when she makes her grand return, the shit most definitely will hit the fan.

*I was having car trouble the last few months. $700 worth. Final diagnosis was a blown head gasket, which is apparently A Very Bad Thing. So I sucked it up and went and a new (to me) car, with my crippled Beloved Grand Am as a trade-in. My only non-negotiable requirements were that it would have to have a V6 and be 10K-ish. I got both. Now I am in debt for a 2005 Kia Optima for the foreseeable future. It's only been two days and I was very attached to my Grand Am - more than I thought it was possible - so I can't say I LOVE the new car yet, but it drives very well and I'm getting used to how it handles. And yay, no more uncertainty.

*So Twilight Fan ships Bella/Edward. During the down times at work, I have been spamming her with Bella/Carlisle vampire UST snippets. Not because I ship them (or anything else about Twilight), but because Carlisle is a hottie in the movies, I have daddy/authority issues, and I want to shock her out of her Twu Wuv stupor. I am what fandom made me.

I kind of love that you are doing that to the Twilight fan at work. It's just so awesome. :)

I'm in the market for a new car myself. I think maybe a crossover. My beloved Princess has finally gotten to the point where it is more expensive to fix her than she is worth.
