Randomosity is fun
Dec. 1st, 2009 11:04 pmOf a sorts.
I'm watching Sex and the City (God knows why). I'm tired, my doctor says I have pneumonia, and there are bills that will not get paid because I'm tired. Thank God for antibiotics.
On the bright side, I'm kicking ass at work. :D
I'm also appreciative like fuck that I have a job right now, and one I like so damned much. Yeah, there's a part of me that's waiting for that ever present other shoe to drop, but I'm hoping that was the golden fuel pump last week and the worst is over.
I hate disaster/end-of-world movies. My brother wants to go watch 2012. Meep.
Thanksgiving at my brother's was off-the-charts fun. I won't go into details, but the highlights involved six different kinds of pie, two deep-fried turkeys, a Haz-Mat suit and a fireman in full gear with a fire extinguisher. And my mother-in-law.
She'll never tell me what she really thought but at least she went back to New York with a story. :P
I wished I had time to write, but that seems in short supply right now. I hope everyone will bear with me until things even out and I can catch my breath.
So there you have it, the last two weeks in a nutshell. At least my icon's pretty. C/A makes me smile. And laugh. And want to write.
Geesh. Maybe staring at them is not a good idea right now. LOL
