Two things

First, I'd like to thank everyone for all the birthday wishes. It makes turning the big 4-0 a bit bearable. Food makes up for the rest. :)

And second, I've been watching Percy Jackson & the Olympians for an hour now and I think that the character of Percy is a big, giant Gary Stu. I'm irritated with him the same way you might be with a Mary Sue all up in a 'shipper fic. He just plain bugs me.
