I just put a piece of artichoke heart in my mouth (from a salad) and bit into it, and hey -

It's not a piece of artichoke.

It's a ginormous piece of gorganzola cheese.

*wipes tongue along twenty feet of bad road*

I've never had gorganzola cheese so I can't vouch for its flavor from a cheese-lover's perspective. So I'll have to respect your reaction and not kid you on this one. Poor thing.
