An earthquake is a terrible way to way up on a beautiful Saturday morning. *sigh*

Not too bad though, 4.4. Sounded like thunder, felt like a boat rocking.

I have a slab leak, though, some pipe burst under the walkway to the front door, and I just really hope the shaking didn't make it worse.

Me neither! The leaking pipe is bad enough.

Earthquakes can't be as bad as what you get in Ohio, can they? Come back to Cali. :D

It does get scary with the high winds and tornadoes, but being in a high rise that's swaying as the earth moves is no fun either. Tough choice. :)
