Pregnancy update

Last night, the night before a 1)job interview and 2)first ob/gyn appointment, I was lying on my bathroom floor in the throes of a nasty, wicked, evil, not-sexy stomach bug.

This morning at the ob/gyn's, I was told I am dehydrated, and my blood pressure is 170/104.

I clearly fail at personal upkeep.

Now I get to pee in a jug for 24 hours so they can test for stuff, most terms of which went right over my head.

The only plus side was the ultrasound.

I have a bun in the oven, all officially and stuff. :D

There's a picture, but just like Rachel on Friends, I can't really make the bebe out. I just faked it for the nurse practitioner.

I don't think she noticed. :D

Drink! I'm so bad about not drinking enough liquids, but I don't think I've gotten dehydrated.

Oh! The 24 pee thing. I hated that! I had to do it twice because the lab lost my first one. Asswipes.

I don't get those baby pics either. I can *never* see the baby and when I do manage to make out a head and eyes, it's just creepy. They look like marsupials caught by a flashlight at midnight.
